Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

- • All original tags and packaging included
- • Original gift box and story card
- • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- • No perfume, makeup, or other odors

- • Items marked as final sale
- • Damaged or altered items
- • Items returned after 30 days
How to Return an Item
Get Authorization
We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Ship Item
Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges as returns and new purchases. This ensures the fastest processing and allows you to get the item you want without delays.
Exchange Process
- 1. Return your original item following our return process
- 2. Place a new order for the desired item
- 3. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund
- 4. Your new order will ship immediately upon payment
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline
- • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- • Processing: 3-5 business days once approved
- • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Our Responsibility
We'll provide prepaid return labels and cover all costs for returns due to our error or damaged items.
